DMAVS Ask A Question

GRS Chosen by the Department of Military and Veteran Services

"Veterans identified that one of the biggest challenges is not feeling understood by the providers who serve them."

Granite River Studios has been chosen by the Department of Military and Veteran Services (DMAVS) for the filming and production of its “Ask the Question” campaign.

The DMAVS series of videos to be produced will aid healthcare organizations and service providers in identifying Service Members, Veterans, and their family members. This will facilitate matching them correctly and efficiently with the proper resources in the State thus providing better and more targeted care.

When asked why they were not getting the help they needed, Veterans identified that one of the biggest challenges is not feeling understood by the providers who serve them. The DMAVS would like to drastically reduce or even eliminate this challenge by advising healthcare organizations and providers to ask one simple question, “Have you or a family member ever served in the military?”

The team is excited to be a part of a project that helps 100,000 plus Military Veterans and their families get the help they need and deserve.

Being a New Hampshire veteran himself, GRS President Kent Rich is passionate about this project, “I see the value in a program such as this one and I wish these services were available when I separated from the military in 1992. The State of New Hampshire cares about its’ veterans and it shows by setting up programs committed to their success.”

We have a great team of talented individuals who value the art of story but equally importantly, can combine clean audio and high-quality visuals together in a creative way to educate and engage the viewer.

GRS looks forward to working with the DMAVS to produce content that will benefit the well-deserving veterans in our state and the communities they live in.
